- Prospecting new clients, helping to fill seminars, and selling new products.
- Confirming inbound and outbound appointments for senior sales consultants.
- Supporting senior sales consultants with research, materials, and opportunities.
- Making 50–100 dials per day to call on clients and warm prospects.

- Base $45K plus compensation for each appointment and bonuses meeting monthly/quarterly goals. 100% Employer paid medical/dental/short term/long term disability. 401K participation with company match.
